SHEPARD PIE...GILE KENTANG!!

nk sharing recipe ni...act resipi aku cedok dr bbrape blog mskan.cilok sini sikit..sane sikit....hahahaha..dh salin kt note book ni sbuln lpas...smpai blapok tp still x cube2 lg...so aku share resipi dulu...HASIL eksperimen nye gambo ak pos bile aku rajen nt k :P enjoy!!

SHEPARD PIE / KASEROL DAGING  (nyum...nyum..)

bahan-bahan:
1/2 kg sosej/ daging cincang
cheese (sgale jnes boleh pkai)
2 cwn susu segar
2 biji telur
1 kg kentang (bhn utama ni!!)
tomato
mushroom soup
black pepper
cara2 nye :


  1. pnskan oven 175 drjah celcius dulu... pastu sapu mrgerin kt mgkok caserol..loyang pon boleh...kot..:P
  2. kukus kentang..nk goreng pon bleh...goreng sosej/ daging cincang skali...toskn..
  3. susun sosej/ tabur daging kt dasar mangkok kaserol...tabur cheese (sambil nyanyi lagu direnjis2 dipilis)
  4. dlm mgkok lain...campur susu ngn telur...pukul rata then tuang ats sosej / dging td..tuang mushroom soup tu...msok tomato...potong tomato ikot kreatif msg2 k..
  5. tabur black pepper ikot citarase msg2..
  6. susun kentang n lenyek2 sampai anco...
  7. tabur cheese skali lg utk mlgkapkn LAST TOUCH!
  8. pastu bkr around 35-45  dgn suhu 170 drjah celcius
  9. dh siap...tgu sejok sikit...SERVE!!NGAP!!DONE !!!!
